We contracted with Tim for a total kitchen remodel including tearing down a wall, raising the ceiling, and replacing virtually everything on the floor, ceiling and walls. We also contracted for a remodel of our entryway and utility room to include custom cabinets and a pantry. Finally, we asked that our wood burning fireplace be relocated to another part of our living room to best utilize the space.

Tim’s estimate was professional and fair. We paid a significant portion up front to cover expenses, and then we handed Tim our house keys, and gave him an alarm code, and we left for Florida for 3 months. Our trust in Tim’s professionalism and integrity proved to be well founded. Certain unexpected situations did occur, but we handled them via phone and/or email. We returned in April, and we were delighted with Tim’s work. There were a few very minor finishing touches that Tim wanted to do, and we asked him to do them 2 weeks later when we would again be out of town. We added two more projects, and everything was 100% complete to our satisfaction when we returned.
